Veronika, successful business woman, learns about unfaithfulness of her spouse Egor and want to divorce from him. Following recommendation of her friend and business partner Artem, Veronika secretely transfers all company's assets to a new firm, so that lazy loafer Egor could not lay claims to her business at division of property. Several days later, a lorry rams into Veronika's car on a country road. Veronika was saved by a miracle but her friend Marina who was sitting on a passenger seat without safety belt on died. The crash was not accidental - attempts on heroine's life proceed. And these attempts are initiated by someone who was the last person to be suspected…
