Filmmaking news: Dancing on the sand

After a fire on an abandoned farm near a small provincial town, burial place with bodies of several women is found. All women have been killed in the past two years, with their hands tied behind their backs with a fishing line and their mouths stuffed with sand.

One of the victims is the wife of a local influential businessman Eduard Kalashnikov, who disappeared five years ago. His daughter Alina, who has come to see her father and introduce him to her boyfriend Denis, becomes entangled in a web of fears and suspicion.

For the first time in her life, Alina makes a serious decision: despite the danger, she will stay in the city and try to understand what is going on, risking her life and love. She'll have to grow up, understand how cruel this world is, and make a choice between the two most important people in her life.
