Homicide investigator RITA learns from her colleagues that the prosecutor’s office is creating a new special section, which will deal only with maniacs. This decision was made after another murder of a young woman committed by maniac Kulikov. Tortured body of the victim was found on the roof of a multi-storey building.
Without any hesitation Koltsova signs up for a test group in order to get into a new special section. Rita has been searching for Kulikov for a long time… for person who murdered her sister Varvara. Sister’s death caused not only a deep depression, there was one more consequence. After seeing the bloodied body of Varya, Rita partially lost her eyesight.
