During rafting on a mountain river, Dasha falls in water and Lera, who is secretly stuck on Dasha's mate Andrei, does not do anything to rescue her, and a strong river stream carries Dasha away. Police does not manage to find the corpse, but Dasha is recognized to be dead. Lera does her best to console Andrei and soon after return to Moscow they start living together. And Dasha was pulled out from the river by a ferry captain called Semen. She has lost memory, found a new name, and started a family with Semen. Two years later, Andrei happens to see Dasha's photo in a newspaper…
